Jamie Berglund
Director – College of Hair Design, Lincoln NE
A licensed cosmetologist since 2005, Jamie Berglund brings two decades of industry experience to the College of Hair Design. After working behind the chair for 10 years, she transitioned into education, joining CHD in 2015 as a cosmetology instructor. During her time in the classroom, she taught second-session coursework, fourth-session board review, and fifth-session theory review.
In 2024, Jamie stepped into the role of Education Coach and was appointed Institute Director in 2026. She is also certified as a BABE Extensions Educator. In addition to her leadership role, she continues to work behind the chair as a self-employed stylist several days a week.
Jamie is passionate about student development and finds the greatest fulfillment in supporting students throughout their education and celebrating their success after graduation.
